WE THE PEOPLE Cause of Action

Jurisdiction of Supreme Court of United States

This case and cause of action will be the most important case ever presented to our highest court.  This case is of the very same importance as our DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE.  Many of the grievances stated in our Declaration of Independence are the same injustices to which WE THE PEOPLE are subjected to in our broken and corrupted legal system.  The time is NOW to begin healing our country and return it to its Republican Character - A government of the people, by the people and for the people.

We will be filing a cause of action ORIGINAL JURISDICTION in the Supreme Court of the United States pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 20.

Our state constitutions guarantee:

That all power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety, and happiness; for the advancement of those ends they have at all times, an unalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform, or abolish the government in such manner as they may think proper.

WE THE PEOPLE are going to assert our right to reform our government.  We are not asking!

Nature of Case

In direct violation of our federal and state constitutions, WE THE PEOPLE no longer have an enforceable right of due process.  That right has been usurped by a corrupt legal profession in collusion with federal and state judiciaries.

Causes of Action

The several states have enacted statutes that are repugnant to our state and federal constitutions.  These statutes were enacted for the single decipherable intent of protecting rights violations and crimes against the  people under color of law.

WE THE PEOPLE are unconstitutionally denied jury trial in civil matters for the purpose of conducting corrupt legal proceedings.

WE THE PEOPLE are provided no means to address grievances against the state and we are subjected to despotism.  When our rights are violated by state officials, we have no means to enforce our rights.  Rights that are not enforceable are rights that have been usurped thus wrongfully nullifying our constitutions making them DEAD DOCUMENTS.

The Redress we DEMAND

First and foremost, we DEMAND our right to jury trial in civil matters be affirmed and re-instituted.

We DEMAND unconstitutional state statutes that protect corruption be rendered void.

We DEMAND our government to start providing objective oversight of state and federal court magistrates and judges, subject to jury review.
